The Tri-County Citizens Advisory Board Scholarship is available to students at Southeast Missouri State University. You must have a major or minor in criminal justice, be a resident of Scott, New Madrid or Mississippi County, and have at least 60 credit hours with a minimum 2.5 GPA to be eligible for this award.
