- The Colorado BPW Foundation Scholarship is available to non-traditional female students attending an accredited institution of higher learning in Colorado. You must be a U.S. citizen, at least 25 years old, and a resident of Colorado for at least 12 consecutive months immediately preceding application to be eligible for this award. Financial need, scholastic ability, leadership skills and career goals will also be considered.
