- The Ferris Faculty Association- Russ Moffett Scholarship is available to entering freshmen at Ferris State University. You must have a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA to be considered for this award. During even years, you must be attending Big Rapids or Reed City High School. During odd years, you must be attending Chippewa Hills or Morley Stanwood High School.
