Description
The Legacy Scholarship is open to incoming freshmen accepted into Howard University. You must have at least a 3.0 GPA or have ranked first or second in your graduating class to be considered for this award. In addition, you must have a minimum 1170 SAT or 26 ACT score. This renewable award covers tuition and fees.
