The State Employees Credit Union Foundation Scholarship is available to students at Western Piedmont Community College. You must be a resident of North Carolina and have a minimum GPA of 2.5. Also, you must demonstrate financial need and have an EFC between $3,601-$5,000 to be eligible for this award.
