- The Norman Family Scholarship is available to students entering the Institute of Technology at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. You must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident and demonstrate financial need to be eligible for this award. Preference will be given to students from the following high schools: Red Wing, Cannon Falls, Goodhue, Kenyon-Wanamingo, Pine Island, Walter H. Maginnis, Zumbrota/Mazeppa, Elgin-Millville, Lincoln (Lake City, MN) and Plainview High School (Wabasha County, MN).
