American Culinary Federation - Bayou Chapter Scholarship

The American Culinary Federation - Bayou Chapter Scholarship is available to sophomore culinary arts students at Nicholls State University. You must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 and completed at least 20 hours at NSU. Also, you must have a recommendation from a NSU faculty member, who is not part of the Chef John Folse Culinary Institute and a recommendation from an American Culinary Federation-Bayou Chapter active member, who is not part of the Chef John Folse Culinary Institute faculty to be eligible for this award.
