Description
The International Public Policy Forum Contest is open to high school students with an interest in debate or forensics. To be considered, you must form a team of at least three students from the same high school to prepare a 3,000 - word essay that affirms or negates the following topic: "Resolved: Governments should provide a universal basic income."
