Description
The Questa Scholars Program is open to recent high school graduates and full - time college freshman who are pursuing a certificate, associate, or bachelor's degree in the State of Indiana. This loan is 50 percent forgivable, dependent upon degree completion as well as living and working in one of the 11 counties of northeast Indiana for at least five years after college graduation.
