Description
The Annie Spencer Need Based Scholarship is available to students attending Portland State University. You must demonstrate current documentation (within the last 3 years) of a diagnosed disability, a citizen or permanent resident, high school seniors and others with less than 30 college credits must have a high school minimum GPA of 2.75; students with 30 or more college credits must have a cumulative college minimum GPA of 2.50. to be eligible for this award. Oregon residents may be given preference and financial need will be taken into consideration.
