Description
The ICA Scholarship is available to full - time college freshmen enrolled in an accredited four - year college or university in Illinois. You must be a resident of an Illinois county participating in the Nationwide's 457(b) plan offered through the NACo Deferred Compensation Program, and have a minimum 3.0 GPA to be eligible for this award. Preference is given to students majoring in government, public service, or public administration.
