Description
The Dr. Wynetta A. Frazier "Sister to Sister" Scholarship is available to female African - American students who are at least 19 years of age. To be considered, you must be returning to college after your education was interrupted by family responsibilities or other personal demands, or be entering college for the first time because of these factors. You must also submit a 275 - to 300 - word essay.
