Available to all Wyoming county high school, GED, and home school students who graduate with their class and enroll full time (12 credit hours) at NWC the fall semester after graduation. To qualify, high school graduates must have a final GPA between 3.0 and 3.49, GED recipients must have scored between a 540 and 574, and homeschooled recipients must have an ACT score between 21 and 24. The scholarship is available for up to four consecutive semesters (at the original award amount) if full-time enrollment and a semester GPA between 3.0 and 3.49 GPA are maintained. If students do not maintain the minimum 3.0 semester GPA, but have at least a 2.5 semester GPA the award will be decreased to $400/semester. If students do not have at least a 2.5 semester GPA scholarship eligibility will be lost and cannot be regained. Returning students must complete the online scholarship application to renew scholarship eligibility for second year.
