- The Graduate Scholars in Education Program is open to master's degree students entering St. John's University. You must have a minimum GPA of 3.5 and passing scores on the New York State Teacher Certification Examinations (LAST, ATSW, CST). Career changers and counseling majors must have a minimum GPA of 3.6.
