Description
The Kitsap Quilters Guild Fiber Arts Scholarship is available to students enrolled in a fiber arts program. You must be a resident of Washington state, have graduated from high school at least four years prior to applying, and have completed coursework above the 100 level with a minimum GPA of 2.0 to qualify for this award.
