The Carmen V. DAnna Memorial Scholarship is open to graduating seniors from Baltimore City public high schools. You must be accepted to and attend a four- year Maryland state college or university, demonstrate financial need and exhibit a strong desire to achieve. Also, you must submit a typed two-four page essay describing challenges you have to overcome and why you want to go to college.
