Description
The Albert E. Phillips Scholarship is available to full - time undergraduate students who are pursuing a career in the design and construction industry. You must have completed your freshman year of study and have a minimum GPA of 2.5 to be eligible for this award. Also, you must be an employee or the relative of an employee of a COAA Member or Associate Member, or be a student at a COAA member institution. A 1000 - word essay and two letters of recommendation are also required.
