The Glenn D. Peters Scholarship is open to students at the University of Michigan Law School. You must be a permanent resident of the Northern District of Indiana for the U.S. District Court. Eligible counties are as follows: Adams, Allen, Benton, Blackford, Carroll, Cass, Dekalb, Elkhart, Fulton, Grant, Huntington, Jasper, Jay, Kosciusko, LaGrange, Lake, LaPorte, Marshall, Miami, Newton, Noble, Porter, Pulaski, St. Joseph, Starke, Steuben, Tippecanoe, Wabash, Warren, Wells, White and Whitely. Selection is based on academic achievement and extracurricular activities.
