J. Paul Getty Trust - Postdoctoral Fellowships
Provided by: J. Paul Getty Trust
The J. Paul Getty Trust offers Postdoctoral Fellowships for scholars in the early stages of their career to engage in interpretive research projects that make a substantial and original contribution to the understanding of art and its history. Scholars whose doctoral degrees in art history have been or will be conferred between January 1, 1999 and January 1, 2005 are eligible to apply for a 12-month fellowship that awards a $40,000 stipend. Selection is based on the quality and originality of your proposed project, project methodology, the contribution of your project to its specialized field and its broader contribution, and your qualifications.
