- The Freshman Academic Scholarship is open to entering freshmen at Missouri State who have a minimum 26 ACT or 1170 SAT score. You must also rank in the top 20 percent of your high school class or have a minimum 3.7 GPA. You may also apply if you are the valedictorian or salutatorian of your high school. Renewability is based on completing 30 hours each year with a minimum 3.4 GPA.
