The Summer Research Fellowship Program is available to junior, senior and master's students attending Carnegie Mellon University. You must be planning to conduct research on campus with a faculty advisor within the scope of applicable topics, be a student from any field (with special consideration give to cross-disciplinary, real world projects); be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident; be enrolled full-time making satisfactory progress toward a degree; have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to be eligible for this award. You will receive a stipend of up to $10,000 and have the opportunity to become immersed in a research topic full-time for a 10 week period during the summer months. The fellow will be invited to participate in the Information Week conferences and events.
