The Austin E. Fox Memorial Scholarship is open to students attending Virginia Tech. You must either be a member of the Mount Zion United Methodist Church in Oak Park, Virginia or a graduate of Orange County High School in Orange, Virginia to be eligible for this award. You must also demonstrate scholastic achievement, good character and community involvement.
