Harold E. Ennes Scholarship Fund
The Harold E. Ennes Scholarship Fund is open to students who can master the airwaves. Applicants must have a career interest in broadcast engineering, and preference typically goes to those who have prior experience in the broadcasting industry. It also helps to be a member of the Society of Broadcast Engineers (SBE).

Glamour’s Top 10 College Women Competition

The Glamour’s Top 10 College Women Competition seeks to recognize college women with leadership experience, excellent grades and inspiring goals. One grand prize winner will receive a $20,000 scholarship and nine others will receive $3,000. All will be honored at a Glamour event in New York City as well.
Applicants must be a junior in college and attend an accredited college or university full-time.
Deadline: July 15, 2011
Gen and Kelly Tanabe Scholarship
The Gen and Kelly Tanabe Scholarship for $1,000 is named for Gen and Kelly Tanabe, who are best-selling authors on education.
The scholarship is open to high school, college and graduate students and is judged mostly on a 250 word essay that applicants must submit along with their applications.
The essay should cover either:
1. Why do you deserve to win a scholarship? 2. Describe your academic or career goals. 3. Any topic of your choosing.
This award should be used for tuition, room and board, textbooks or any other educational expenses.
