The William E. Simon Fellowship for Noble Purpose is available to graduating college seniors.

You must demonstrate passion, dedication, a high capacity for self-direction, and originality in pursuit of a goal that will strengthen civil society to be eligible for this award. A letter of recommendation and a five to ten page personal narrative are required with your application.
