Voice of Democracy Scholarship Competition

The Voice of Democracy Scholarship Competition is open to high school students who are enrolled in public, private or parochial school or home study program. Applicants must write on the subject: “Is there pride in serving in our military?”
Applicants are then required to record their reading of the paper on a CD, lasting no fewer than three minutes and longer than five. To qualify for entry, students must submit their recording along with the typed essay.
