The National Society of High School Scholars Foundation STEM Scholarship for $1,000 is open to seniors in high school with plans to major in a science, technology, engineering or mathematics field. Applicants must be part of an underrepresented minority group, which includes African American, Native American Indian, Hispanic and females.
Students must be a U.S. Citizen or permanent resident and hold at least a 3.5 GPA. In addition to the application, a teacher recommendation, transcript, personal statement and photograph are required.
