The Produce Internship is available to students who are self-motivated, passionate about the local food movement. You must have some prior farm experience and work well in a group environment as well as independently to be considered for this position. As an intern, you will gain experience with the growing, processing, marketing, record-keeping, and consumption of a range of farm products.
