The LGBT and AIDS Project Internship is available to students who are currently enrolled in an undergraduate program and have completed at least one year. Intern duties may include assisting with legal intakes and tracking requests for assistance, assisting in the maintenance of case files and compiling of press files, conducting general, legal and policy research, supporting the Project in outreach to potential clients and other duties as needed. You must demonstrate a familiarity with issues surrounding LGBT rights, HIV/AIDS and other civil liberties issues, excellent research, writing and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills to be considered for this internship.
