The Museum of Fine Arts in Boston offers a Registrar's Office Internship to graduate students who are studying art history and museum studies. Interns take part in all aspects of administration, including registration, cataloguing, documenting and recording of art work both on loan to and owned by the museum. Interns will also work on special projects such as assisting exhibitions and researching objects on loan.may work with adults, children, families, and other groups while working on internship projects. You must be able to work at least 10-12 hours per week for 6 to 9 months and having prior museum experience is preferred. All internships are on a volunteer basis.
