The CBCF Congressional Fellows Program is open to recent graduates who have familiarity with the federal legislative process, Congress, and the Congressional Black Caucus (CBC) and its members and who demonstrate interest in public policy and commitment to creating and implementing policy to improve the living conditions for underserved and underrepresented individuals. To be selected, you must have a demonstrated interest in public policy, evidence of leadership skills and the potential for further growth, and have a record of academic and professional achievement. In addition to your application, you will be required to submit a resume, three letters of recommendation, a certificate of academic standing, official transcripts and three one-page essays.
