Disney has one of the most structured internship programs in the country. They not only offer year-round and summer internships but also co-op and post-graduate and rotational internship programs. Their companies include Disney, Pixar, ABC, ESPN, Marvel and many, many more. Essentially, you could intern in a variety of positions, from the Disney parks to the ESPN studios.
Summer interns are expected to work 10 – 12 hours a week, depending on which department they serve. Most internships with Disney are paid.
